We've been doing a soy & dairy free diet for our daughter for 2 1/2 years now. It has completely changed our lives. I am hoping to compile a database of suggestions, recipes and products so that other people who are faced with this diet can feel like there is hope to a normal life. I want this to be a place where people can share their tips and recipes as well as receive them.
