Frosting

This is my mother-in-law's frosting recipe for both cookies and cake. It's delicious!

Egg sized dollop of shortening
a couple tablespoons rice milk (try coconut milk!)
Powder Sugar
Food coloring


Blend together until smooth. Add more milk, sugar, etc... to make the consistency you need.
